These terms govern your use of the nexvuStudio website and any services you engage us for. By using this site or working with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

nexvuStudio provides creative and marketing services including video production, video editing, ad creatives, social media management, lead generation, commercial shooting, content writing and AI automation. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Enquiries & quotes

Submitting a form does not create a contract. We will respond with next steps; any project proceeds only once scope and pricing are mutually agreed.

3. Payment

• Fees, schedules and milestones are set out in each project agreement or invoice.
• Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period noted on the invoice.

4. Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and on our channels unless you ask us in writing not to.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the materials, access and feedback needed to complete the work, and that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Revisions & cancellations

The number of revisions and any cancellation terms are defined in your project agreement. Work completed up to a cancellation is chargeable.

7. Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Third-party tools

Some features rely on third-party services (for example Formspree for forms and our hosting provider). Their terms and availability are outside our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our place of business.
